Women’s Circle

As the wheel of the year turns towards Spring, this Women’s Circle invites you to reflect, and replenish. Together, in Warrington Museum’s beautiful Large Art Gallery, we’ll gather in community to honour this season of release and renewal.

This nurturing morning will include:

Meditation to ground your energy and invite stillness
Gentle Breathwork to soothe the nervous system and open the heart
Journaling with prompts to explore your inner landscape
Sharing Circle to connect with other women in a safe, supportive space

You’re encouraged to bring:
• A journal and pen
• A cushion or something comfortable to sit on
• A yoga mat or blanket (we’ll be lying down for parts of the session)
• An open heart and a willingness to slow down

This circle is suitable for all women, whether you’ve joined circles before or this is your first. It’s a beautiful opportunity to nurture yourself, deepen self-awareness, and connect with like-minded women.

We ask that if you book a space on one of these heavily discounted sessions you try to make it on the day.
