From Mr Smiths, With Love

Time Square 8pm – 8.30pm

Inspired by the legendary nightclub, this joyful community performance will bring Mr Smiths back to life — through club anthems and the stories of the people who danced there.

Weaving together movement, music, and memory and capturing the magic of the nights out that shaped a generation, Time Square will be transformed into one giant, open-air dancefloor.

Created especially for Warrington Arts Festival 2025, From Mr Smiths, With Love is led by Warrington dance artist Stacey Atkinson, in collaboration with Night People, and will feature a community cast.

Showcasing real stories, classic tracks, and unforgettable energy, join us for this celebration of togetherness found under flashing lights and on sticky dancefloors.

A tribute to the power of place, people and nostalgia.
