Local Cultural Education Partnership

Warrington’s Local Cultural Education Partnership (LCEP) is a collaborative initiative that brings together schools, cultural organisations, local authorities, and other community partners to enhance cultural education opportunities for children and young people. These partnerships aim to ensure that all young people, regardless of their background or location, can access high-quality arts and cultural experiences. LCEPs focus on fostering creativity, developing skills, and broadening horizons by integrating arts and culture into education and community programmes. By pooling resources, expertise, and networks, LCEPs work to bridge gaps in provision, address inequalities, and inspire the next generation through meaningful engagement with the arts.
