Gender Pay Gap Reporting
Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.
Culture Warrington has a workforce of 68 employees and is therefore not required to comply with the regulations and produce a Gender Pay Gap Report. However, Culture Warrington is voluntary publishing its Gender Gap Pay Report.
