Sarah Millican: Frank, funny and filthy as ever

Award-winning Geordie comedian Sarah Millican is set to return to Parr Hall when she goes on tour with her new show, Late Bloomer.

The stand-up comic, who grew up in South Shields but now lives in the north west with her comedian husband Gary Delaney, will be performing in Warrington on Friday and Saturday, 9 and 10 February, 2024.

A natural storyteller, Sarah will be charming audiences with gag-packed anecdotes about life’s curiosities, her enthusiasm for food plus, of course, her signature frank and unapologetically filthy material that fans love her for.

Late Bloomer will see the 47-year-old revisit her youth. When Sarah Millican was a bairn, she wouldn’t say boo to a goose. She was quiet at school, struggled to make friends and had no boobs until she was 16.

Now she is loud, has good friends, a cracking rack and is goose booing all over the shop! In Late Bloomer, Sarah explores how one became the other.

Never afraid to draw on her real life experiences for inspiration, no matter how embarrassing or cringeworthy they may be, Sarah rose to fame sharing painfully honest but immediately identifiable stories about her divorce.

Beating the likes of Victoria Wood, Jo Brand and Dawn French, Sarah also holds the record as the highest selling British female comedian with more than 700,000 DVD sales.

Come along, laugh at her, with her, beside her in what is hotly-tipped to be yet another sell-out tour.
